So, I’m in the second semester of my junior year- crazy. It’s so weird to think how next year I’ll be a senior, how bizarre. But anyways I’m totally ready for this semester to get a move on, I just found out the other day that I am going on an art trip with my department to Los Angeles, I am..what’s the word? Oh yeah; PUMPED.

We’re gonna go to places like the Getty Museum  and Venice Beach  and more. Arghh I’m so excited! Can’t wait!

And in May I’m going to Ireland for two weeks. w00t. Were going to be in Northern Ireland in a place called The Burren;  and we’ll be studying at this place called the Burren College of Art; 

Why why why am I such a fail at upkeeping this silly little thing? I know that I’m usually the only one who looks at I but I should keep trying on the off chance someone stumbles upon it.

Wow, I haven’t been on here for a while. I work at a camp in the summer where I was pretty much cut off from communication then I came back to Transy. Its so weird to think that I’m a junior and soon I’ll be entering the real world. All I ever think about now is my major (Studio Art), how I’m doing in my Art classes and where I want to go to Grad School. So many choices, so little time!

I live and go to school in Lexington,Kentucky. This little part of the state is nothing like anybody’s preconceived notions of Kentucky, Lexington is one of the prettiest places I’ve ever been to. Today I was walking through downtown Lexington and passed through Gratz Park which to many is a small sanctuary. Pretty little houses, a small park, cobble streets and more. What else could you want?

The Alchemist is my all time favorite book, the first time I read it this quote just jumped out and grabbed me. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about this quote and how I just need to continue my search.
